Madhuri dixit Madhuri dixit, an Indian actress famous for Hum Aapke Hain Koun (Beta Saajan) and Beta Saajan is one of the most well-known Indian actors. The actress began her career in the 1980s and came to popularity with her role in the film Tezaab in which she was a part of the cast alongside an established actor Anil Kapoor. Her next appearance on screen was in Dil along with Aamir. When she was a kid her Mumbai-born dancer started learning at an early stage. As a teenager, she began acting and suffered for several years as the majority of her films at first were unsuccessful. The actress gained fame and was one of India's top film actors. After her marriage was over, she took a few months away from performing until she returned. In the past, she was in a crucial role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggles of women living in India. Dixit was awarded the film eight Filmfare Awards out of the fifteen nominations she received. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize awarded to civilians in India was awarded to her. Her name is well-known for her social works as well.
